What an employee can do?

As an employee you can:

  • ensure you read and understand your workplace bullying policy, procedure or process or seek assistance if you don’t understand them
  • ensure you comply with their requirements
  • suggest to your employer that they develop a workplace bullying policy, procedure or process if they aren’t in place already.

If you have a concern about raising a bullying issue in your workplace, make sure you seek assistance from your organisation in accordance with the policies, procedures and processes and/or obtain support from a counsellor.
